Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is $8 on orders under $50 and free on orders of $50 or more after discounts. Express (1–2 business days) is $15 on any order. US only.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Pre-launch products

Products marked "Coming Soon" are not yet available for purchase and cannot be ordered.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email ops@firstsignalgames.com with your order number (and photos for damaged items) within 30 days, and we will make it right with a replacement.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
